 The only real, final solution is to restore efficiency to the immune system, by addressing individual nutritional requirements through defining one's metabolic type. 

Personally, I ate the ER4YT and the "protein type" way for many years, eating grass fed organic beef, high quality poultry, free range eggs, raw milk cheeses, with most organic vegetables and fruit, and I didn't get better. I've taken plant enzymes with all that as well. So, for me, so much for metabolic diet ideas. I have a *lot* more faith in Uny and this way of eating than anything to do with metabolic, protein type, ER4YT, or any of that stuff.

They are missing the big picture. This is the 1st time in my life [at age 59] that I believe I WILL be able to eat a vegan diet long term. This way of eating seems to address it all and leaves no stone unturned.

I think we need to do what Dr Schulze says and "stop the ticking time bomb of cancer and heart disease and STOP eating animal foods".
