Also, I didn't mean to imply that I was only taking the garlic, biotin, vitamin E, and sublingual pantethine. Those are newer things that to me have to be making the difference, I did forget to mention that right along with the biotin is B-1 in sublingual form. B-1 does amazing things for hypoglycemia. Whenever I react to food I will take one or 2 of those and it goes a long way in stopping the reaction. I also take 500 mgs of Carlson's DHA gems, now. I was taking much more but it seems to bother my thyroid when I take a lot of the DHA gems.
