Re: Does young wheatgrass plants juice contains agglutinin

Hello Grassman,

So you're suggesting Uni-Chic Coeliac disease center is confirming containment of agglutinin
ALSO IN YOUNG WHEATGRASS JUICE?

I am wondering what impact has juicing of migration
of agglutinins from leaves to juice?
Would be juicing filter for agglutinins?

Sunflower greens for juicing?
I am not sure if I can produce same quantites of sunflower greens in plates as for wheatgrass?

I've read somewhere that sunflower sprouts are very estrogenic active ( phytoestrogens that are able to act when bind to human cell receptors ). So that would be an contraindication for female with hormone imbalance?

Once I tried to grow them in plates but I had much few luck than I am practiced whit barley or wheatgrass.

But now to get souvereign and credible information on agglutinins and their form for impact in superfood diets
( fasts ) is more important. It is hard to unconditional trust when there is seed of doubt even the quantities are not significant.
