I don't see a problem with questioning Grz's decision in this matter, and obviously you do, thats just the way it is.

As for ML's protocol, it is good to be fully informed as to what this protocol is based on, that is why this debate forum is a good idea, people should have access to all points of view, and all evidence. Hv has done a very good job of providing credible information disproving the claims made by ML and his followers. It would be great to have some of the people harmed by this protocol post in this forum, without fear that their posts will be deleted, as happened in the ML forum.

If a forum is going to be moderated, it needs to be done without bias towards a certain protocol, or as a debate forum, it becomes a joke. Yep, Hv did the wrong thing by name calling, but, so have most of the people that attacked him, yet they remain able to post here, and Hv is banned.

If punishment is going to occur it needs to be done to all who have broken TOS, not just one, this is not the case on this forum, so the decision is biased IMO.

This has nothing to do with personalities, or who is more respected, or the character of the moderator, at least not for me. This is about fairness and equality.
