Thank you so much (again!) Sorry I should have been more specific.

1. IF# 2: The confusing part for me was some postings or even Dr. Schultz mentioning acheiving 2~3 bowel movements a day before starting IF #2. Since I have been regular, I should go ahead and start IF #2.

2. Unybomb; again. The package says to take it with IF #2 so I wasn't sure whether I needed to wait till I was ready to take #2. I dont' have to worry any more now since I am ready to take IF 2. I am a little worried how my stomach would handle, garlic, peper ACV all at once. LOL
