I have been on the protocol since November and have been getting noticeably better. Some days better than others but something I am going to see through based on my experience so far.
I would make sure I had zinc, vit E, Vit C and magnesium. I also take Barley Power (sprouts) for the trace minerals and overall nutrition. Other things I use are selenium, coconut oil, krill oil, oregano oil (candida) and ground flax seed to keep things moving.
I have a long story with mercury poisoning but suffice to say I have spent the last 15 years studying everything I can about why I was sick. I have interviewed Docs from here and Europe and all roads have led here. Be encouraged, you are about to whip what ails you. Don't give up!
