since breaking the fast on Tuesday I have stuck to vegetable broth and fresh fruit. so far I have gained roughly half a pound back ...I guess as I havent launched back into my normal eating I'm still in diet mode.

I guess I'm trying to train myself not to go back to craving food. My appetite kind of returned yesterday ... I didn't feel hunger but I felt like eating, and this morning I felt hunger around 9am.
