What makes it a Dry Fast?

I'd like to establish a number of hours that makes it a Dry Fast, rather than a continuation of the Water Fast. Mighty says he has an 8-hour window when he is Water Fasting. That means he takes water for 8 hours, then nothing at all for 16 hours. But, that 16-hours cannot be considered a Dry Fast (as he himself has written), because any experienced Faster can do 16 hours without any problems, and your 'normal' run-of-the-mill person goes dry for 12-hours everyday. It's when it starts 'hurting' that the good is being done. For me it's 32 to 48 hours, depending on my level of fitness.
What makes it a Dry Fast for you?.....WY
