my diet has been the same for a while now, almond butter, brown rice with coconut oil(virgin) turmeric, cayenne, some salt. apple/celery/cucumber/carrot/superfood.
that's about it, an avacados sometimes.
I'll try something new once in a while but so far this seems to be the safest diet for me as of now. i had to cut back on cayenne cause of stomach pain though.
