Probiotics to fight candida-any suggestions

I would like to buy the probiotics offered on the mccombs plan but they are unbelievably expensive and beyond my budget.

natures way Optima appears to be superior but the problem is that it contains FOS which is a Sugar that feeds friendly bacteria but probably feeds the yeast too.

Garden of Life Primal Defense seems like a good one. Has anybody noticed reduced candida symptoms while taking it?
