It doesn't take much time besides the time it takes to watch the videos. After that it is something that you will be doing in your head while you are doing other things. I've had a lot of success so far just doing the main amygdala retraining and I haven't actually finished watching the program, nor have I listened to most of the meditation cd's. If at some point it feels like I need more I will finish watching it, but for now I'm so involved in what I've started doing as "the destraction" that he suggests that Im pretty elated.
