you sound like the perfect candidate for my flush. This is by far the most "harmonious" of all flushes in my opinion. But i will have to try the strongly purgative castor oil as well, just to see what comes of it.

Check out my alternative flush posted on this forum here. I guses it sturred up a bit of controversy, but it is the CALMEST one with the most striking results:
