This castor oil detox has nothing to do with eliminating stones from the liver.
I feel I am pretty stone free after having completed 20 flushes.
However, I had the feeling that my liver started detoxyfing but this organ was sort of overtaxed which gave me a feeling of beeing "dirty" inside.
As I said castor oil interrupts the so called enterohepatic cycle. In other words: toxins, that are day by day regularly released by the liver (heavy metals included) are prevented from beeing reabsorbed in the small intestine because of the purgative effect of castor oil.

My first trial was overwhelming. I felt like walking of clouds, my mood was extraordinarily brilliant, all depressive feelings simply blown away as well as the fatigue. So I repeated this procedure which I will describe below:

You need 30 to 60 ml castor oil. Start with a smaller dose. Warm it up to body temperatur together with 100 to 150 l milk. You can add some cognac or coffee to cover the unpleasant taste of castor oil. It is important to shake this mixture for at least 5 minutes before drinking it immediately thereafter.

The effect can start after 1 hour, sometimes it takes up to 6 hours. Last time I had 11 bathroom trips and was shocked about the obnoxious smell that came out of my body.

My theory: Stones are one thing compromising the health. Toxins are the other side. If you want to effectively release toxins castor oil is a very effcacious and cheap way to do this.

I took castor oil in 2 weeks intervalls increasing the dose each tim and will switch to weekly cleanses.
It is wise using other body outlets concomitantly - e.g. the skin. Sweating or salt baths are very good as well as exercise.
