Re: Asking for any positive recovery stories

I am almost four months post removal. I still have ups and downs...felt very good three days in a row and then bad today. Anyway, be careful about trying too many things at one time. I was on 14 vitamins and herb pills a day. I forgot to take them over a weekend and I actually felt better. A week later I stopped taking everything and felt much better for about a week, until today. Also, have a terrible sinus headache (had those before Mirena) so that may be making me feel worse. I have some facial tingling and the brain fog, which is the worst.

When I look back, I have come a long way. I have written before, but I was so sick at Christmas that I couldn't sit at the dinner table. I have had points where I couldn't sit in a car because the anxiety was so bad. Acupuncture has been the best remedy for me for that. The herbs take away the tingling but seem to not help the brain fog. I decided I would rather have a little less fog and a little more tingling. I just spent three days at Disney, wasn't sure if I could do it but I did. So, better days are coming !!

One more thing, the other thing that I have noticed that makes me feel much worse is caffeine. Just something to think about !!
