I agree with you on the poor grade meat part, but not on the rest.

Meats should be as unprocessed as possible. Free range, organic, grass-fed, etc.

Too much of anything leads to disease.

Raw meat is great. The only thing not great about it is the lack of availability of high quality meats. Tweet
