I wanted to add that something similar happened to me. Flush 20 brought the great breakthrough - a "national monument" of 3 cm in diameter saw the daylight and freed me from a longstanding pain in the gall bladder area.
As telman said, a gallbaldder impacted with stones will have lost its capacity to fully contract, which means the stones inside cannot get out.
It would guess your Italian dressing was sort of "bodybuilding" for your GB that finally got the strengh to push the stone out. Tweet
