Yes, I have been eating organic for about a year now and when I splurge, it is with natural food even if it is high calorie. I have even been drinking organic coffee. So yes, I've made big lifestyle changes. I've been taking good supplements religiously and including flax and fish oil, CoQ10, a supplement called ACES w/ selenium, Alpha-lipoic acid, a B-complex, digestive enzymes, I did a
parasite cleanse for a month on paragone, etc. I have a filter on my shower and on my tap water, I've been rebounding, and doing a number of yoga postures that are good for the thyroid, etc. I have a wheatgrass juicer and although I don't juice every day, I do at least 2 times a week. Yes, the lifestyle changes have been dramatic and worth every bit of the effort. These things are now second nature and I don't really think about the way I used to live, which wasn't that bad really but not nearly as healthy as I'm living now. The quality of life is so great when you feel great!
I feel terrific today, but honestly I was feeling pretty fragile on saturday and sunday, pretty weak and "off" I guess, just feeling a little strange after that flush but now I've got my strength back plus. I'm more mentally alert for sure and my thought processes seem to be working better, I'm not "forgetting" those little things all the time, like where this or that is or where I placed things last.
I had a bit of a skin reaction, but that is already cleared up and my coloring is so much better.
I had really thought, over the course of a year and about 10 flushes, that I had gotten rid of everything! My allergies went away at the start and I felt so much better, but then, this "gallbladder bulge" started and I seriously considered going to a doctor and now I'm so glad I didn't because I probably wouldn't have a gallbladder now if I had. I thought it was a hernia!
Anyways, I guess my experience just proves, "keep flushing"
Oh, I did feel very nauseous somewhere around 4 am that night too. But I never considered this concept you bring up of needing to strengthen your gallbladder, that is interesting. Thanks for the input!
