I'm 5"8 160
When i was training hard i was eating maintenance, 2600 --> but looking at it now, factoring in other daily activities, maintenance was probably around 3,200 atleast. So not only was i stressed from stomach problems, but also schoolwork, training. I was at a major caloric defecit.
I'll step it up to 3-4k for a few weeks.
I'm typically under 10% bodyfat but when i started to crash i was at 5%, looked good but felt like shit.
