I started LFing 2+ yrs ago 1x/month until I am CLEAR. It is a health roller coaster and is NOT a quick fix however IT WORKS. I never did the parasite cleansing however colonics or some sort of colon cleansing (Colosan is a great product) is necessary after a Liver-Flush as well as a kidney cleanse. However don't let these things deter you from starting your health journey.
Here is a GREAT book that has helped me and many other. It is a reference book.
