Light brown stool is a sign of flukes. The flukes block the billary tree. I had this for months. It would go away as soon as I passed a few flukes and come back when others would shift to block the billary tree (so bile cannot leave the liver properly). There are often high numbers of flukes. I passed about 400 over 8 months.

I would pass on the Liver Flush for now, in my opinion. You need to treat the flukes. Epsom Salts will just irritate the colon. Look to do that in a few months.

Take the meds with the cloves and cayenne if you like. You will need capsules (the food spice is too weak). But they may aggravate your IBS.
