that has to be one of the most important posts i have ever done.
to add to it i would say to keep trying those things. the daily hydration thing is forever. but the salt water flush was what taught me that hydration is more than a state of mind or a procedure you follow.
once you feel what hydrated feels like then its easier to maintain. that takes lots of experience.
btw, sleep is the body's mode of curing drought areas in the body. it evens the water out in the body. be sure youre good and hydrated a couple of hours before bed. also, a glass of water first thing in the morning is the best start you can have.
