I hear you :) Luckily, Iodoral is easy to cut in two, which would equal 1 drop Lugol's 5%. Also, take breaks if you need to. The bloating indicates the needs to keep kidneys and colon moving, with plenty of water (and salt as needed). All things you've read before, too :) Good luck!
