Thanks. It seems like many have detox symptoms with Iodoral and so I was looking into different options. Having said that maybe it's because many people on Iodoral are taking quite high dosages. Maybe if I stuck with lower dosages at least at first, I'd be okay.

I ordered some Iodoral but I remember trying it years ago and it didn't go so well. I think I had lots of bloating, etc., but I can't remember what dose I started at and, knowing me, it may have been too high to begin with (as I've gotten older I've learned to take things more slowly).
