There is a big difference between the left and right side of politics. I grant you that the way things are done often appears that there is not much difference, and that is because generally speaking we are living in socialised high taxed societies with public services... the left likes to expand these services, the right tries to contract them. A true right would abolish these, the ideas of Ron Paul for example.

It is very important to choose a side and to know what you stand for as a person on basic values. For example, do you agree with other people living off your back, or do you believe in self determination? Things like this are important questions.

Julia Gillard and Barack Obama are lovely examples of immature left wing politics. Young, reactionary and spoiled intellectually barren brats - wanting a share of the pie which they often speak of.. but never telling the public who bakes the pie. Tweet
