I dont know if you have seen the research by Dr. Cox at stanford but he has been using High doses to vancomycin to put
PSC in remission. He has been treating this with 500mg 3x/day since 1993 and seen amazing results even with end stage PSC. The mayo has a open study starting half get methasalazine the other get either 125 3x/day or 250 3x/day. I have started my daughter on 500mg 3x/day last week and will have her labs repeated in 1 month. To purchase the medicine it would cost around 6000/ month; I have had it coumponde at the pharmacy for 400/ month.
