Re: What about IP6?

IP6 (inositol hexaphosphate, phytic acid) is believed to help with cancer by promoting apoptosis of cancer cells, preventing metastases and blocking angiogenesis.

What is funny is that the anti-soy advocates consider phytic acid to be dangerous claiming that it ribs the body of beneficial minerals.  But in reality phytic acid in plants do not rob the body of minerals and it provides many other benefits such as removing heavy metals from the body and acting as an antioxidant.
