Canine Oral/Nasal Squamous cell carcinoma

4 months ago one of my canines was diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma. I have been treating with diet, supplement, and ozone. I believe it has helped, but the cancer appears to be eating bone tissue; or causing a gap of the hard pallate, in the bridge of her nose. In my opinion it needs to be addressed quickly.

I was wondering if anyone has dealt with ozone injection into the tumor itself. If so any recomendations such as amount, concentration, saline solution or straight ozone, and/or any advise?
