1) Do you happen to know whether or not I can substitute garlic with ginger? I am allergic to garlic. And I am determine to be on IF 1 and 2 for 30 days (which contains garlic). I want to minimize garlic intake if possible.
2) I understand i need to take good probiotics while cleansing. Will taking superfood be enough? Or should i be looking into doing water kefir?
