Well, in a nutshell, doing 30 day colon cleansing with uniqyity's products - I am guessing it's uniquity's, not sure.

If you see the link above, there are many options available for 30 day cleansing.

1) IF#1 100 and 200 - I am guessing it's # of pills right? then better to get 200, just to be safe?

2) IF#2, there are ground/whole flax then also ultra ground/whole flax, which one should I get please?
