I dabble for awhile a few years ago and fell off the wagon.
Committedly since early Feb 2010.
dosage has varied
100mg Iodoral
several to more drops of SSKI
50mg Iodoral and 30 or more drops SSKI applied dermally
50mg Iodoral and 3-12 drops SSKI internally
past few weeks: 150mg Iodoral
still playing and figuring out what works
always salt pushing and always taking companions
B2/B3 ontop of Bcomplex too ATP cofactors
