off hydrocortisone!!!!!!

After taking 15mg/day of hydrocortizone for over 7 years I am thrilled to be able to say I am off of it for over a month now!!!!!!!

And I really think the Iodine is to blame!!!!!!!

I don't have anything to report as to feeling different since off of it, but just so glad to be able to. The couple of times I tried to get off of it in the past I got sick or almost sick.

I got it when I was in a place of desperation. I was droppin weight fast and I was really scared and thought I was close to checking out. The hydrocortisone seemed to help stabilize things at the time. And then I felt stuck on it.....
