would answer this question. He personally fasts up to 60 hours every week with great results. He has been doing this for many years. I think he might think six days every week for an extended period would be a bit much. According to him, if you fast every week, it is actually a continuation of the last fast which is a healthy thing. It is not really starting over. Ketones are still in your system. Also, you do not burn your valuable muscle tissue each time you start because you still have ketones in your system from the last fast. He does not consider less than 24 hours a real fast.
