but thing is if something goes wrong with some of them I am the first one they call LOL cause they dont have insurance to go to the doctor .. I gave my sister n law some IF#1 cause she was backed up and couldnt poop but every week or 2 .I gave my dad some echinacea tincture and he takes it every now and then but unfortunately relies on a bunch of meds too

others just go to the doctor and be done with it and get their little scriipt to add to the rest of what they are taking

I too am so glad I dont have to rely on medicine and that I am empowered by the knowledge of natural healing that others dont even seem to take an interest in

I am far from where I wanna be but better than I used to be and that is progress as far as I am concerned
