When I read your 'cystic acne', it got me thinking...I've also got Montgomery glands. I've never had them before, and they only started (of course) after I got the Mirena. Not that it's an issue - they're not painful or disgusting or anything. I wonder if they're Mirena-induced. Anybody else have these?
