I bought the methylcobalamin type of B12, which is better absorbed. The brand I got is Jarrow.
In a 2 oz. bottle with dropper I put DMSO and added 10 B12 tablets after I smashed them with a hammer. It works best if you put them in a plastic bag and hammer them there.

The liquid will turn pink from the B12. Hulda Clark said that Ascaris are red because they suck your B12 from the liver. So true, mine are red!

Be careful to have clean skin where you apply the solution because dmso will carry the dirt and bacteria into your bloodstream. I wash my forearms and then apply a few drops and rub it in. It smells fishy but once the liquid is all absorbed the smell disappears. Make sure to not let clothing touch your skin during this time. Tweet
