Yeah if you go to halls.md, you'll find that for the upper age groups, once you hit normal, you're at the 40 percentile which is amazing. I'd say you are approaching 50 percentile now, which is incredible, I dunno for sure, lemme check:

And, at 180, you'll note huge freefall:
to 62nd percentile.

I'm undecided if I want to start another fast soon, but I'm thinking about it. I am currently at 276 (5'11" - 6'), fasted on and off to get down there from 448. My lowest was 237 (BMI 32.1). But am particularly interested in preventing the regain and going beyond 3 days, which is difficult due to immense peer pressure.
