i been kinda nervous about it myself also, just kinda scared of the reactions to it ,and worried i might rip a duct ,barf out the oil,go into a toxic shock from all the toxins being released into the system (i lead a very toxic lifestyle)

but i am inching closer and closer to finally doing the cleanse.. i really want
to feel what it's like to be cleansed finally..not just my colon or of parasites..
