Do you find you get hunger pangs when you eat solid food? There was no way I could eat a banana when I was fasting because it would kick start glycolysis... Lime or lemon in the water however didn't have that effect (for me) and neither did coconut water. Both are low in carbs. I wonder if it's something to do with insulin levels or something...?
Anyway, how's it working for you? How long have you been going for now? And did you work out how to get good coconuts?
I've only been eating for about a week or two now and my energy has really dropped. I can't wait to get myself in a position to do another coconut fast. I want to do 10 days next time... working my way up to the ultimate fast to completion (not sure if you can do this on coconuts - have heard of people surviving solely on coconuts for six months...)
