I'm eating lightly based on how I feel/intuition and drinking coconut water. Like today I just had a banana, lime squeezed into filtered water and coconut water. It's sort of a fast because I'm still giving my digestive system a break, so it can do some spring cleaning. Not as good as completely fasting but this is the best I can do right now. I will try easing into fasting/or coconut fasting eventually.
