one thing to consider is that beef is high in iron & you may want to get your levels checked to be sure they're not too high (hemochromatosis or iron overload). It's weird but the symptoms of too much iron are similar to levels below normal....just a thought. The tests for iron overload are: serum iron, serum ferritin & TIBC (all 3 must be done together at the same time...preferably when fasting). Anyone can have iron overload, but if you're of Celtic or Northern European background you have a higher chance of having inherited hemochromatosis.
