Well, it does kinda seem like I've developed a beef allergy.
For the past two meals I've only eaten the canned chicken in an attempt to raise my blood sugars. Really low fat in it unfortunately, but it's all I have right now aside from ground beef/beef fat trimmings.
Anyways, my blood
Sugar did raise up somewhat, still not higher than 80, but I didn't have many symptoms.
Well, right now after I ate more chicken, I ate a few pieces of beef fat trimmings and a few spoonfuls of ground beef, and almost within seconds my ears are ringing with some pressure in them, I feel more sluggish, I'm getting these anxiety waves, dizzy, feel like crap basically.
If there is an allergy, maybe it's causing inflammation in my carotids which is messing with my ears. I feel pressure and some pain in that whole area.
Maybe it's not an allergy, but my body is just tired of it? I've been gagging with it lately, and almost vomiting, except I resist vomiting and all that.
Maybe there is something wrong with the fat, or my body is not processing it properly anymore.
I don't know, but a developed beef allergy seems like the simplest answer. I've eaten A LOT of beef in the past year and a half, A LOT of it. Like 2-3 lbs a day on average for months, every day. No break from beef every day.
I'm going to have someone get me a different cut of beef tomorrow, something other than ground beef and see if I react to it like this or not.
I hope not, because red meat, especially beef, is the thing that raises the blood
Sugar the best, and even before hypoglycemia, it was the food that left me feeling the most satified. Dairy was great when I used to be able to eat it. I drank like a gallon of milk a day growing up.
Whether I react to beef tommorow or not, I'm going to try to lay off the beef for a while anyways, if I can.
God bless the cows. They've saved my life many times this past year.
