Re: mold=fibromyalgia/sjogrens syndrome, antibiotic caused systemic candidas and now hypothyroid
Hi Shekat,
I was myself exposed to very high levels of molds for 8 years both at home and in my work place.
I actually became extremely sick , slowly and progressively...
It started with insomnia and Intense migraines, allergies, chronic sinusitis, asthma, no energy, inflammation/tendinitis everywhere as well as anxiety .
What is most striking in my case is the inflammation: I do not have a single joint in my body that does not hurt or that is not inflammed...to the point that I cannot even think about doing any physical work because the fire sets in!
I work in the medical field and I know what fibromyalgia is and I can tell the difference although candida inflammed joints and fibro can quite look the same.
And also keep in mind that fibromyalgia is a "garbage diagnosis" meanig that if a doctor does not know what you have and you have pain, that will be the probable diagnosis..
My advice to you: if you are still exposed to black mold: get out of there! It will be the beginning of your recovery!
Since black mold depresses immnity (and can also possibly leads to auto immune disorder: sjogren, thyroid) it can predispose you to candida albican...also if you add up the moldy environment you have everything that it takes to have systemic candidiasis.
So think about treating candida: it is a long battle; a hard one, but it is worth it!
Get your thyroid checked. It is a major body gland: dont mess with it: but do understand that your body is under extreme toxic load and if you do not get a proper environment you will become sicker...
Good luck!
