Thanks for the advice. I'm already scheduled for x-rays next week so this is convenient. I don't know if my dentist is aware of the "whole nine yards" extraction technique involving removal of the periodontal ligament etc., but I will make sure that I find someone who does before attempting it. Can't be that hard to do, just a little extra drilling, right? The Amalgams are also coming out.

I should have gone into dentistry... get paid to screw people up, get paid again to undo it.
