Im starting day 2 of a Water Fast and have gone from 191 to 180.5 lbs for my first day,it seems like a lot!!! Ive been drinking when thirsty,and Im feeling pretty good,despite a slight headache.Yesterday was not so good :)I have had trouble with gout being stirred up while Water Fasting before,is there any one who has had the same problem ?Is it just a matter of drinking more water,or should I stop when I get an attack?I stopped a previous fast because it was very painful and I was unaware of what it was at the time,having never had such strong pain in my joints(mostly big toe) before...a bit afraid it might happen again :(
