Agreed seems quite a lot, something wrong? Scale bung or perhaps clothing change? Do watch that rate. You may not exist in 19 days.

Water Fasting before,is there any one who has had the same problem ?Is it just a matter of drinking more water,or should I stop when I get an attack?I stopped a previous fast because it was very painful and I was unaware of what it was at the time, having never had such strong pain in my joints(mostly big toe) before...a bit afraid it might happen again :(""""
What was your fast preparation?
What was your diet beforehand?
Usually gout/uric acid is a response to dehydration and alkalising mineral depletion. Usually caused by diet over the long term. Indeed, your toe telling you who ate the cake.
Increasing the water will help but how much I cannot say. The increased metabolic and disgestive efficiency gained from the fast will also help but your longer term diet is the key here as I understand things.
I have not had gout. I cannot answer the specifics of your questions with confidence. All the best T2
