Today I thought I would die

Its the end of day four for me. Today I woke up really nausaus and it continued on and off all day. I was so weak. I didn't even go outside. I barely left my bed. I didn't really nap thought I should have because I didn't sleep well last night. I was worried because I didn't do any enemas or anything like that...I thought I was self poisoning or something. My tummy was really grumbly all day. I was upset because I thought day four was supposed to be better!

But anyway, its almost bedtime and the chaos seems to have calmed down. I haven't cheated at all and my tummy is a bit smaller. I hope tomorrow is a new day.
