8th Flush...yipee!

I did my 7th flush last weekend and it was a total disaster, I threw up all the OO/GF mix and passed no stones whatsoever. I was a little disheartened by the results as I've always passed at least 30 stones on previos flushes. So I decided to do another this weekend, I know it's only a week between but since nothing happened last week I thought it would be ok.

And result! I've just passed a stone an inch across, it was so big I'm sure I could feel it working its way through my intestines! And I've suddenly got an energy rush from releasing that monster from my body! Perhaps it was blocking the release of any stones last week and that's why nothing happened? Anyway, just to remind people not to give up if they don't get the results they're after straight away...patience and some TLC and your body will reward you for it Tweet
