Usually I have a small cup of ginger tea after the OO/GF before I go to bed as ginger is brilliant for keeping nausea at bay. Last time I was all out of ginger so I think that's why I couldn't stomach the
OO (Olive-Oil) the same. This time I drank the ginger tea and felt fine. That's the only thing I'd done differently that I think caused my sickness, but perhaps my body just didn't feel quite ready for a flush that time.
The flushing protocol suggests 2 weeks minimum between flushes but I guess you can judge on personal experince whether this works for you or not. Like I said before, I only left a week between these two but had my most productive flush yet! But I'll probably leave it 3 weeks til the next and let my liver have a little rest, as well as taking milk thistle supplement to support liver function.
Good luck with your 2nd flush and try the ginger to stop the sickness, works wonders for me!
