Should be much easier after next day or so.Your energy will pick up as you start to burn fast and go into ketosis.And your hunger should go to zero or near zero.

Good to keep busy.You can expect food cravings here and there but they will mostly be mental cravings. True hunger normally comes back as you exhaust fat and reserves.

Of course no point doing any weight readings till your time of month is over.
