Re: cream for high cortisol

TrickMaster..If your cortisol is above range it is HIGH CORTISOL and it is not healthy. Normal healthy cortisol is highest in the morning to help rouse you and slopes gently down to the lowest end of the range at the 10pm-midnight reading. High cortisol does not follow that. If the cortisol level is higher than IT SHOULD BE, it causes stress to the adrenals and is considered adrenal fatigue.

For instance, lets take an example of a 24 hr cortisol reading for normal healthy adrenals. The 1st reading should be at the top - not above or below - of the range. The 11am-Noon should be in the upper quarter range - not above, exceeding or below. The 4-5pm should be EXACTLY midrange - not above or below and the 11pm-midnight should be at the bottom of the range. My 24 hr cortisol range was all ABOVE -- OUTSIDE OF RANGE indicating ABNORMALLY HIGH CORTISOL AKA ADRENAL FATIGUE.
